1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The service or product is not delivered or activated within the committed time frame.
The customer has requested cancellation within the eligible refund period.
Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our support team.
2. Refund Timeframe
Shared Hosting: Refundable within 7 days of purchase (first-time purchase only).
VPS Hosting: Refundable within 3 days of purchase (first-time purchase only).
Dedicated Servers: Non-refundable once provisioned.
Domain Names: Non-refundable once registered, per ICANN regulations.
SSL Certificates: Refundable within 7 days only if not issued/activated.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Domain name registrations or renewals
Setup or activation fees
Third-party licensed software and services
Custom-built or configured servers
Digital goods once accessed/downloaded
4. Return or Service Cancellation Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Provide your service ID, invoice number, and reason for refund request.
Our team will investigate your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Cancellations by Modify Hosting
Modify Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, abuse, non-compliance with terms, or any illegal activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
