Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all customers of Modify Hosting, a domain and hosting service provider operating under Drodify Technology Pvt. Ltd..

1. Domain Name Services

Domain registrations, transfers, or renewals are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• Once a domain name is purchased, it is considered a final sale.
• This policy applies regardless of the domain’s usage status, registration date, or expiration timeline.
• No exceptions will be made for mistaken domain registrations or non-usage.

Please double-check domain spelling, extensions (.com, .in, .net, etc.), and intended use before finalizing your purchase.

2. Hosting Services

Modify Hosting offers cancellation and partial refund options for hosting services under the following terms:

• Hosting services can be cancelled by the customer at any time through the client dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request to support.
• Refunds for cancelled hosting services will be processed based on the number of days used.
• The amount refunded will be calculated as:
  Refund Amount = Total Paid - (Daily Rate × Number of Days Used)
• The daily rate is calculated based on the total amount paid divided by the total number of days in the original hosting plan period.
• Refunds are only applicable for first-time purchases within the refund window. Renewals are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method only.
• Modify Hosting is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Domains (including bundled domain + hosting offers)
• Expired hosting services or accounts terminated for abuse or policy violations
• Customized or special configuration services
• Any additional software licenses or add-ons purchased

5. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your hosting service, please follow these steps:

• Login to your Modify Hosting Client Area.
• Navigate to Services > My Services.
• Select the active hosting service you wish to cancel.
• Click on the “Request Cancellation” button and provide the reason for cancellation.

6. Policy Updates

Modify Hosting reserves the right to revise, update, or amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
